BaYiXin Technology Product Warranty Policy

I. Warranty Policy Terms

1.One-year free warranty for the entire machine, with lifetime limited maintenance commencing from the date of product receipt.

1)BaYiXin Technology provides a one-year free warranty and upgrade service for both software and hardware of its devices.

2)For software and hardware malfunctions occurring after the warranty period, if you have not purchased BaYiXin Technology services, you will enjoy lifetime limited maintenance services according to the "BaYiXin Technology Paid Service Standards."

3)Post-warranty service fees: System upgrades and hardware maintenance require renewal of services through distributors or BaYiXin Technology. For details, consult your local agent or BaYiXin Technology.

2.Three-month replacement service: If software or hardware quality faults occur within 90 days of purchasing BaYiXin Technology products, or if the device appears undamaged at unboxing but exhibits performance faults after installation, BaYiXin Technology will replace or repair your device free of charge. BaYiXin Technology covers the freight costs for the returned goods during the replacement process, including standard shipping costs. However, expedited shipping fees charged by courier companies for accelerated services will be borne by you.

3.Under normal use conditions as described in the BaYiXin Technology product manual, if hardware exhibits manufacturing or quality issues within the one-year warranty period, BaYiXin Technology offers a return-to-factory repair service within five business days after receiving the device at their repair center. BaYiXin Technology reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace the faulty components. If a replacement is made, it may be a new device or a refurbished unit of equivalent type, function, and quality. The replaced faulty parts become the property of BaYiXin Technology.

4.Hardware repair process: Customers must obtain confirmation from BaYiXin Technology's after-sales department before returning faulty machines. Customers can contact the BaYiXin Technology technical support center via phone or email to confirm the device fault symptoms and submit a "Repair Request Form" along with the device for return to the factory. BaYiXin Technology covers the return shipping costs during the warranty period. If the returned "faulty part" tests normal, customers must pay the return shipping costs. If BaYiXin Technology determines that the required repair does not meet the warranty policy or exceeds the warranty period, customers must pay the cost of the repair service, including related shipping fees.

II. Limitations of Warranty Coverage

1.BaYiXin Technology does not assume warranty responsibility for the following situations:

(a) Faults caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or other human actions (b) Products not installed or used in accordance with the methods described in BaYiXin Technology's user manual; 

(c) Damage caused by impact, fire, lightning strikes, flooding, negligence, or natural disasters; 

(d) Damage to the device's shell, power supply, or other external components caused during use

2.Apart from the device itself, external power supplies and modular interfaces are covered under a one-year warranty service. Accessories (power cords, 485 communication cables, network cables, device packaging boxes, etc.) are not covered under warranty.

3.BaYiXin Technology does not guarantee customer data stored in the warranted devices or related to the product in any other form. Customers are responsible for backing up relevant data to prevent loss.
